If you send us data via a contact form, this data will be stored on our servers as part of the data backup. Your data will only be used by us to process your request. Your data will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be passed on to third parties.

personal data

Personal data is data about you. These include your name, address and email address. You also do not have to disclose any personal data to visit our website. In some cases, we need your name and address as well as further information in order to be able to offer you the desired service. The same applies if we provide you with information material on request or if we answer your inquiries. In these cases, we will always point this out to you. In addition, we only store the data that you have provided to us automatically or voluntarily. When you use one of our services, we usually only collect the data that is necessary to be able to offer you our service. We may ask you for more information, but this is optional. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to be able to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial goals.

Automatically stored non-personal data

When you visit our website, we store certain information for administrative and technical reasons. These are: type and version of the browser used, date and time of access, as well as the IP address. This data is anonymized and used only for statistical purposes or to improve our Internet and online services. This anonymized data is stored — separately from personal data — on secure systems and cannot be assigned to any individual person. This means that your personal data is protected at all times.

cookies

When you visit our websites, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files that are transferred from an Internet server to your browser and stored on its hard drive. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Only the Internet Protocol address is stored — no other personal data. This information, which is stored in cookies, allows us to automatically recognize you the next time you visit our website, making it easier for you to use it. Of course, you can also visit our websites without accepting cookies. If you do not want your computer to be recognized the next time you visit, you can also refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to “Reject Cookies.” The respective procedure can be found in the user manual of your respective browser. However, if you reject the use of cookies, there may be restrictions on the use of some areas of our websites.

Google Analytics with anonymization function

We use Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter “Google”, on our website. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and thus enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there. We use Google Analytics on our website with the addition “_gat. _anonymizeIp”. In this case, Google will already abbreviate and anonymize your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties insofar as this is required by law or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will, according to its own information, never connect your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of our website. Google also offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data Google collects about the websites you visit. The add-on tells Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about the website visit should be sent to Google Analytics. However, the Google Analytics deactivation add-on for browsers does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services we may use. For more information about installing the browser add-on, please click on the following link: If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you must click this link instead to prevent tracking by Google Analytics within this website in the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the browser add-on above. Clicking on the link sets an opt-out cookie in your browser that is only valid for this browser and domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie is also deleted so that you must click the link again. If you have agreed that your web and app browsing history will be linked by Google to your Google account and information from your Google account will be used to personalize ads, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create audience lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google Analytics first collects your Google-authenticated ID on our website, which is linked to your Google account (i.e. personal data). Google Analytics will then temporarily link your ID to your Google Analytics data to optimize our target groups. If you do not agree, you can turn this off by making appropriate settings in the “My Account” section of your Google account.

Google DoubleClick

DoubleClick by Google is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). DoubleClick by Google uses cookies to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you. This assigns a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to your browser in order to check which ads have been displayed in your browser and which ads have been viewed. The cookies do not contain any personal information. The use of DoubleClick cookies only allows Google and its partner websites to place ads based on previous visits to our or other websites on the Internet. The information generated by the cookies is transferred by Google to a server in the USA for evaluation and stored there. Google complies with the privacy policy of the “Privacy Shield” Agreement and is registered with the “Privacy Shield” program of the US Department of Commerce. Google only transfers data to third parties due to legal regulations or as part of order data processing. Under no circumstances will Google combine your data with other data collected by Google. By using our websites, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the method of data processing described above and the stated purpose. You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of our websites. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by cookies and related to your use of the websites and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the DoubleClick deactivation extension section below. Alternatively, you can also deactivate DoubleClick cookies with this opt-out.

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display maps and create route plans.
Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
By using Google Maps on this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the data automatically collected and entered by you by Google, one of its representatives, or third parties.
You can view the Google Maps privacy policy here. https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

YouTube in extended privacy mode

We use the provider YouTube to integrate videos. The videos were embedded in extended data protection mode. However, like most websites, YouTube also uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses these, among other things, to collect video statistics, prevent fraud and improve usability. This also results in a connection with the Google DoubleClick network. When you start the video, this could trigger further data processing operations. We have no influence on this. For more information about YouTube's privacy policy, please see their privacy policy at: support.google.com

newsletters

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send you the newsletter, i.e. we will only send you a newsletter by email if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification email and ask you to confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this email. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we save your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as proof in the event that a third party misuses your email address to register you to receive the newsletter without your knowledge or authorization. Should you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us at a later date, you can object to this at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at the basic rates.
